Question: What services are you currently able to monitor?
Answer: We support AWS, Google Cloud and Azure IaaS services like compute, storage, volumes, databases, web apps and load balancers.
Question: How often is monitoring performed and what data is returned on AWS?
Answer: We can poll as often as 1 minute, and data is returned to us in 1 minute or 5 minute increments, depending on which cloud and service you are using.
Question: What types of reseller plans does Unigma currently support?
Answer: We can work with Microsoft Direct CSP, Microsoft EA and AWS Reseller plans.
Question: How long do you keep the data?
Answer: We don’t delete your data, it is kept as long as you are a customer. If you cancel, your data is purged after 30 days.
Question: What is a resource?
Answer: A resource is anything that produces metrics, such as an instance, storage, etc.
Question: When does billing occur?
Answer: Billing occurs on the anniversary date of your subscription. Billing for Cloud Manager resources will occur on the first day of each calendar month.
Question: What happens if I exceed the resources allowed in my plan?
Answer: You will be charged according to the number of resources used in the previous month.
